When Paper Emergencies Strike, You Need More Than Good Intentions
You’re rushing to the hospital with a family member, and the nurse asks for their medication list. You’re meeting with an attorney about an estate, and you need three years of financial records. A natural disaster hits, and you have minutes to grab essential documents.
In these moments, having organized paperwork isn’t just convenient—it’s lifesaving.
Why I Specialized in Paper Organization
I used to be that person with piles everywhere. As a naturally creative-messy-ADHD type, I spent years learning how to organize physical spaces. But even after I conquered closets and kitchens, I still had one nemesis: household paperwork.
Backlogs of tax documents and medical records to file. Insurance papers buried under school papers. Important documents lost in junk mail piles. Sound familiar?
The wake-up call came when I realized that despite living in a digital world, paper still rules during life’s most critical moments. When my kids grew up and I started helping aging parents, the importance of organized documentation became clear.
That’s when I made the decision to specialize exclusively in paper organization systems.
What This Means for You
As a certified ADHD Organizing Specialist now completing my Paper Solution Certification, I understand something crucial: paper organization isn’t about being naturally neat—it’s about having systems that work when life gets overwhelming.

My Approach: Systems That Actually Work
I don’t believe in pretty organizing systems that look great but never get used. I create functional paper management systems designed for real people dealing with real life.
Whether you’re managing your own household papers, helping aging parents organize their documents, or dealing with the overwhelming paperwork that comes with life transitions, I’ll teach you systems that:
- Work with your brain, not against it
- Take minimal time to maintain
- Actually get used during emergencies
- Reduce paper-related stress and overwhelm
The Creative-Messy-ADHD Difference

You don’t need to become a different person to have organized paperwork. You need systems designed for how your brain actually works.
